As a first-time home buyer, Gail sat down with me to figure out my wants and needs and made sure each listing had encompassed things I was looking for in a home. I met Gail through a close, dear friend, and we became associated over the sale of my father's house.

My very elderly father lived in L.A. in the same house for over 50 years. I grew up in that house. My dad fell and broke his hip in early November. By December it had become apparent that he would no longer be able to live alone in his house anymore, despite having a daytime caregiver 6 days a week. So, my sister & I moved our dad to Arizona to live near me. At that time we had no intention of selling his house, at least not right away. But, after another month we realized we did not want to continue to maintain that house, let alone worry about having a break-in or vandalism.
